Service Description
👨👩👧 Family & Group Session — $250 Up to 6 people • 1 hour • 35 edited images (+ $5 per extra person) Family sessions are all about connection, comfort, and capturing the moments in between — the laughter, the personality, and the relationships that make your family uniquely yours. These sessions combine gentle guidance with natural rhythm, allowing kids to be kids and families to relax into the moment. We’ll create a blend of naturally posed portraits and authentic lifestyle moments that reflect your family’s spirit. Whether your family is quiet and cuddly, loud and silly, or somewhere in the middle — every dynamic is welcome here. Cancellation Policy
Session Policies & Cancellation Terms Booking a session with Amanda Meyer Photography & Arts confirms your understanding and agreement to the following policies: Booking & Payment Mini sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. All other sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the session. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received. All payments are non-transferable to another person. Rescheduling A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule your session. Rescheduling requests made with proper notice will be accommodated once, based on availability. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original session date. Cancellations & Refunds A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to cancel your session and receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for same-day cancellations. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, this is considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit the full session fee and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Late Arrival Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation or no-show at the photographer’s discretion. Photographer Cancellation In the rare event that Amanda Meyer Photography & Arts must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions) Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions at no additional charge. Weather decisions are made at the photographer’s discretion to ensure safety and quality. Agreement By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. These policies help ensure fairness, professionalism, and respect for all clients and scheduled sessions.
